Turkish Lamp-making
The workshop begins inside the Ünver Galata Apart near the Galata Tower. Participants will create their own unique pieces inspired by the city's mosaic-styled lamps. An artisanal expert will share techniques for crafting mosaic Turkish lamps, allowing you to choose your preferred color combinations to make a customized piece.
During the workshop, there will be a focus on the history of these intricate lamps and their significance to Istanbul. While waiting for the lamps to finish, participants can enjoy a refreshing drink.
The workshop lasts for 3 hours, concluding with participants returning to Taksim Plaza, each taking home a handmade lamp as a souvenir.
