Description
We will meet at 3 Goienkale to start this journey focused on pintxos, the flagship dish of Basque cuisine. Participants will learn to create various tapas, employing techniques ranging from traditional methods to innovative approaches such as molecular cooking.
The workshop will cover traditional recipes like gilda, pil pil cod, smoked veal, and gatzatua, which will then be modernized for an enhanced culinary experience. Local cheese and wine will be enjoyed during the cooking process.
At the end of the 2-hour session, participants will savor their creations and depart with a memorable taste of Basque cuisine.
