Description
At the designated time, our meeting point will be the puppy floral sculpture at the Guggenheim Museum, marking the start of our journey north from Bilbao.
Our initial destination is the Punta Galea viewpoint for views of the Bizkaia coast.
We will navigate through Getxo along the right bank of the river, starting in the Las Arenas neighborhood. We'll pass the Lezama-Leguizamón Palace and proceed to the Old Port of Algorta.
Next, we'll cross the Bizkaia Suspension Bridge from Getxo, learning about its history with an audio guide.
In Portugalete, located on the left bank of the Nervion estuary, we'll explore its streets along the Camino de Santiago before visiting the Hanging Bridge of Bizkaia, a World Heritage Site constructed in the late 19th century.
The return journey to Bilbao concludes our tour, with an estimated arrival at the meeting point four hours after the initial pickup.
