Activity Details

Pick up will be from your hotel in Bishkek. A comfortable minibus will take you on a two-hour journey to the Konorcher Canyon.

Once there, the trek begins, covering approximately 8 kilometres through a dry canyon characterized by reddish hues. This area provides ample photo opportunities.

At the route's end, you will have an hour of free time for lunch and to enjoy the panoramic views from a viewpoint.

Afterward, the return trek will take you back to the starting point. A minibus will then transport you back to your hotel in Bishkek, arriving 9 hours after pickup.

Hiking through the Konorchek Canyon + Burana Tower

For an extended experience, you can choose an option that includes a visit to the famous Burana Tower in conjunction with the trek through the Konorchek Canyon.

This option begins with pickup from your hotel, followed by a trip to the Chuy Valley to explore the historical minaret, which is theorized to be linked to the ancient city of Balasagun.
