Pau Electric Bike Tour

Sport, tourism and history come together on this electric bike tour of Pau, where we'll explore one of the most beautiful cities in the French Pyrenees.

Itinerary

We will start this electric bike tour of Pau from the Parc Aquasports. After instructions, we will embark on a low-difficulty 13 km (8-mile) route around the city. The tour includes various stops to learn about local history and landscapes representative of the Béarn region.

Our first stop will be Pau Castle, a medieval fortress viewed from the outside. Following this, we will proceed to Boulevard des Pyrénées for exceptional views of the mountain system that separates France and the Iberian Peninsula.

Next, we'll visit the historic centre of Pau, featuring the San Martin Church and the Place Clemenceau. There will be a brief opportunity to sample local products in the old centre if desired.

The tour will conclude after a 2-hour 15-minute ride in the Trespoey neighbourhood, notable for its historical connections with British residents at the end of the 19th century.
