Montserrat Day Trip
At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Blanes bus station and head to the province of Monistrol. Here, we'll ascend Montserrat via bus and a cog train.
On the mountain, we'll enjoy views of Catalonia and discover Montserrat's monastery, founded almost a thousand years ago in 1025. For an added fee, you'll be able to enter the basilica, where you'll find the figure of the Our Lady of Montserrat, known as 'La Moreneta.' You might also hear stories related to UFO sightings or the search for the Holy Grail!
Then you'll have some downtime to eat in a local restaurant before regrouping at 3 pm to return to the bus station back in Blanes, where we'll arrive 9 hours after pickup.
