Laugarvatn Snorkel & Spa Tour

On this tour, participants will meet at Thingvellir National Park to experience the Silfra fissure. The program includes a walk to the fissure, followed by a briefing on snorkelling techniques to ensure safety and enjoyment. The Silfra fissure is situated at the separation of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, allowing divers to swim between two continents.

The snorkelling segment includes traversing the waters, visiting the Silfra Hall, Silfra Cathedral, and concluding at the shallow Blue Lagoon. This activity lasts for 35 minutes, after which participants can enjoy hot chocolate and biscuits on dry land.

The tour continues with a drive to Laugarvatn Fontana spa, where guests can relax in geothermal baths and experience the benefits of natural waters. The spa features various amenities, including natural pools, steam baths, and ice lakes. The tour concludes at the Laugarvatn spa, and participants are welcome to stay as long as they wish.
