Silfra Snorkeling & Northern Lights Tour

On this tour, participants will snorkel in the Silfra Fissure and visit Thingvellir National Park for a chance to see the Northern Lights. We will meet at Thingvellir National Park, from where participants will drive to the Silfra Fissure following the guide. After equipping with gear, snorkelers will explore the clear waters of Silfra, known for the unique canyon separating the tectonic plates of North America and Eurasia.

The snorkeling experience lasts 35 minutes, during which participants will observe local wildlife and swim through notable sections such as Silfra Hall, Silfra Cathedral, and the shallow Blue Lagoon. Following the snorkeling, a hot chocolate and snack will be provided before heading to the base camp to view the Northern Lights.

At the base camp, participants will walk through Thingvellir National Park while waiting for the Northern Lights to appear, a captivating natural phenomenon.
