The Royal Château de Blois, overlooking the Loire River, is significant for understanding French history from the 13th to the 18th century. The architecture features Gothic, Baroque, and French Renaissance styles. This skip-the-line entrance allows for an independent exploration of its various rooms.

The château is connected to seven kings and ten queens of France and consists of four main areas: the remains of the medieval fortress and the Louis XII, François I, and Gaston d'Orléans wings, which showcase the royal quarters of different monarchs. The oratory and the Council Chamber, intended for international treaty negotiations, are also noteworthy.

Do not overlook the château's iconic staircase, featuring Renaissance sculptures, one of the renowned steps of the Loire Valley's châteaux.
