At the appointed time, we will gather at Hotel Hacienda Don Armando, where Doña Soco, an expert cook, will welcome us. You will embark on a journey to uncover the best-kept secrets of Chihuahua's gastronomy.

In the kitchen, Doña Soco will guide us in preparing one of four traditional Chihuahua dishes that you can choose from: a classic chili with beef, a potato stew with chilaca, a juicy carne asada with beans, or the discada sierreña featuring grilled meats. Each recipe will reflect the essence of Chihuahua, with step-by-step guidance from Doña Soco. After cooking, we will enjoy the dishes paired with a bottle of red wine from the Encinillas winery.

After 3 or 4 hours, we will conclude with a satisfying meal and memorable experience.
