We’ll meet at Hotel Hacienda Don Armando, where Doña Soco, an expert cook, will greet us. You'll feel at home as you discover the secrets of Chihuahua's gastronomy.

In the kitchen, Doña Soco will guide us in preparing one of four traditional Chihuahua dishes: a classic chili with beef, a potato stew with chilaca, a juicy carne asada with beans, or the famous discada sierreña, featuring a mix of grilled meats. Each recipe captures the essence of Chihuahua.

Once the cooking is complete, we will enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared, accompanied by a bottle of red wine from the Encinillas winery, well-suited to the bold flavors of the cuisine.

After 3 or 4 hours, we'll conclude with a satisfied palate and a joyful experience.
