Activity Details
At the scheduled time, we’ll pick you up from your hotel in Creel for this jeep tour. Our first stop is the Valleys of the Mushrooms, Monks, and Frogs, where we’ll explore rock formations shaped by nature over millions of years.
Next, we'll visit the Continental Divide viewpoint for views over the Conchos River and surrounding mountains. Following this, we’ll arrive at Lake Arareco, a spot with crystal-clear waters framed by pine forests, where we’ll see Elephant Rock, resembling a massive elephant.
Our journey continues to the Cusárare Waterfall, which drops 40 meters (131 feet) into a lush forest. We’ll take a 30-minute hike through the woods, enjoying the sounds of nature.
We’ll have a gourmet picnic in a secluded spot with options including fish ceviche, a chicken or turkey ham sandwich, or a vegetarian salad, served with fresh fruit, chips, and a bottle of your choice of white or red wine.
After our break, we’ll return to Creel, stopping at viewpoints to capture the landscape, concluding 5.5 hours of adventure with memories and photos of the Sierra Tarahumara.
