Hiking Through the Tararecua Canyon
We will pick you up at your hotel at the scheduled time and head toward Tararecua Canyon. This area, part of the Sierra Tarahumara mountain range, offers a notable hiking adventure.
Upon arrival at the canyon, our hike will commence, allowing us to enjoy the scenery of canyons, mountains, forests, waterfalls, rivers, and springs, showcasing the biodiversity of southwestern Chihuahua state.
The hiking trail spans approximately 7.5 kilometers (4.7 miles) and takes around seven hours to complete, with adjustments made to accommodate the group's pace and frequent stops for photographs.
A picnic lunch including a turkey sandwich, fruit, cookies, and a beverage will be provided midway through the hike.
As we continue, we will arrive at Ekarine hot springs where you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the natural pools located next to the river at the base of Tararecua Ravine.
After completing the Tararecua Ravine hiking tour, we will return you to your hotel in Creel.
