La Chorrera Forest Hiking Tour
At 7 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in Creel. From there, we will head to the vicinity of Lake Arareco to begin a hiking route through the forest of La Chorrera, located between two mountains.
The hike covers a distance of 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) through a dense forest known as pinabetes, which can reach heights of 25 meters (82 feet).
During the excursion, participants will observe a variety of plants and animals in the forest. In summer, mist on the trees enhances the landscape.
Eventually, we will reach the highest point in the forest, which provides views of the valley of San Ignacio in the distance. After completing the hike, we will return you to your hotel in Creel, arriving around 10 am.
