Åselidalen Valley Day Trip

Description

We'll meet at 9 am at the Bodø Tourist Information Point before taking a minibus to the Åselidalen Valley. Upon arrival, we will observe the Børvasstindane Mountains and then walk through the Åselidalen Valley, which was shaped by glaciers. Our guide will assist in uncovering the secrets of these mountains, all exceeding 1000 metres (3281 feet).

The trek includes lakes and winding paths and is suitable for all fitness levels, with several stops made to appreciate the views. Another highlight is the visit to Saltstraumen, the Norwegian Sea straits between the Straumen and Straumøya islands.

After the tour, we will return to our initial meeting point, concluding around 4 pm.
