Moose Watching in Bodø

Join us on a moose-watching tour in Bodø as we venture into the forests in search of these Nordic creatures.

Description

At 7 pm, we will meet at the tourist information point in Bodø for an exciting safari to see Europe's largest land animal: the moose.

We will board a comfortable minibus and journey through the forests surrounding Bodø, aiming to spot these creatures in areas with excellent visibility and high chances of sightings. Animal behavior can be unpredictable, so sightings are not guaranteed.

Throughout the tour, our knowledgeable guide will share insights about the Norwegian moose, including that they can reach lengths of up to 6.5 ft (2 meters). As we explore, we will also provide a refreshing drink and snack.

After capturing memorable shots of the moose, we will return to the starting point, arriving around 11 pm.
