Join us on a moose-watching tour in Bodø as we venture into the forests in search of these Nordic creatures.
Description
At 7 pm, we'll meet at the tourist information point in Bodø for an exciting safari in search of Europe's largest land animal: the moose!
We'll board a comfortable minibus and travel through the forests surrounding Bodø, focusing on areas with high visibility for moose sightings. It's important to note that animal behavior can be unpredictable.
During the tour, our knowledgeable guide will share insights about the Norwegian moose, which differ from their Canadian counterparts, including their lengths of up to 6.5 ft (2 meters). We will also provide a refreshing drink and snack.
After capturing memorable shots of moose in the Bodø forests, we will return to the starting point by around 11 pm.
