Join us on this hiking route through Boca da Onca to see the highest waterfall in Mato Grosso do Sul. Limestone gorges, natural pools, and native forests will mark our steps.
Boca da Onca Hiking Tour
At the agreed time we'll meet at Rodovia Bodoquena to start a hiking route to the Boca da Onca waterfall, which measures 156 metres (511 feet)!
We will walk deeper into the Brazilian native forest on a moderately difficult trail spanning 4.5 kilometres (2.7 miles).
Before reaching Boca da Onça, we will see eight other waterfalls in this natural landscape, with several stops for rest. You can also take a dip in the Salobra River and in the natural pools along the way.
We will explain the formation of Boca da Onca, visit the river beach, and discuss the name's relation to a jaguar.
After five hours of walking, we will return to the starting point, which features rest areas, a swimming pool, a bar, and a small museum.

Once your reservation is made, we will contact you to confirm the starting time, which will be between 7 am and 4 pm.
