Lush vegetation, streams and waterfalls are the main features of this hiking route through Serra da Bodoquena. We'll enjoy the scenery and, in addition, you'll be able to cool off with a dip in this natural spot.

Serra da Bodoquena Hiking Tour

At the agreed time, we'll meet at Fazenda Betione, on the outskirts of Bonito. From here, we'll start a hiking route that will take us to the heart of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.

On this 2.5 kilometre (1.5 miles) walk, we'll discover the flora and fauna that inhabit this natural area. We will discuss the Atlantic forest and its lush vegetation, as well as some of the dangers this forest faces due to human actions.

During the hike, we'll make several stops to rest and take pictures. We will also see a total of eight waterfalls where you can take a refreshing dip.

After four hours of walking, we'll finish the hiking route at Fazenda Betione.
