Lush vegetation, streams and waterfalls are the main features of this hiking route through Serra da Bodoquena. We'll enjoy the scenery and, in addition, you'll be able to cool off with a dip in this natural spot.

Serra da Bodoquena Hiking Tour

At the agreed time we'll meet at Fazenda Betione, on the outskirts of Bonito. From here, we'll start a hiking route that will take us to the heart of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.

On this 2.5 kilometre (1.5 miles) walk we'll discover the flora and fauna of this natural area, including insights about the Atlantic forest and its lush vegetation. We will also discuss the threats this forest faces due to human activities.

During the hike, we will take several breaks to rest and capture photos of the environment. We will visit a total of eight waterfalls, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in a natural setting.

After four hours of walking, we'll conclude the hiking route at Fazenda Betione.
