On this tour to Ephesus from Bodrum, we'll explore one of the most impressive open-air museums in the world, featuring classical archaeological masterpieces.

Ephesus Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Bodrum at the indicated time and head to Ephesus, making a stop for breakfast along the way.

Upon arrival, we'll begin a guided tour of this Greco-Roman city on the Aegean Sea. Highlights include the facade of the Library of Celsus, built with columns and statues, which once housed 12,000 scrolls.

We'll also learn about the Great Theater, the fountain of Trajan, the Odeon, and the Temple of Hadrian, observing invaluable friezes that depict mythological tales.

Next, we'll visit the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which still has one of the 127 Ionic columns that supported the sanctuary. After the tour, we'll enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant featuring salads, traditional dishes, and desserts.

Following lunch, we'll visit a traditional jewelry shop to see the craftsmanship of Turkish goldsmiths.

After 12 hours of sightseeing, we'll conclude the activity and drop you back off at your hotel in Bodrum.
