Ephesus Day Trip

We will pick you up from your hotel in Bodrum at the indicated time and head to Ephesus, making a stop for breakfast along the way.

Upon arrival, we will begin a guided tour of this Greco-Roman city along the Aegean Sea. Highlights include the facade of the Library of Celsus, noted for its columns and statues of Eros, Nike, and Medusa, which once housed 12,000 scrolls.

We will also learn about the Great Theater, the Fountain of Trajan, the Odeon, and the Temple of Hadrian, where we will observe friezes depicting various mythological tales.

Next, we will visit the ruins of the Temple of Artemis, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, which still retains one of the 127 Ionic columns that supported it. After the tour, we will enjoy a buffet lunch at a local restaurant, featuring a variety of salads, traditional dishes, and desserts.

Post-lunch, we will visit a traditional jewelry shop to see the craftsmanship of Turkish goldsmiths.

After 12 hours of sightseeing, we will conclude the activity and return you to your hotel in Bodrum.
