La Candelaria Electric Scooter Tour

Visiting the Barrio de La Candelaria means getting to know the most beautiful area of Bogotá. We will meet at calle 12 b # 2 - 85 at the indicated time to begin the tour.

Prior to riding the scooters, we will enter a coffee shop to learn about Colombian coffee, renowned globally. Participants will have the opportunity to taste this iconic beverage, energizing us for the tour!

After approximately 20 minutes of coffee learning and tasting, we will embark on our scooters and explore the streets of La Candelaria, starting at the plazoleta del Chorro de Quevedo, marking the foundation of Bogotá.

The tour will continue as we ride through the cobbled streets to Bolívar Square, then travel along Avenida Séptima to see the Mural of Jorge Eliécer Gaitán. We will discuss the event known as “El Bogotazo.”

Next, we'll stop at Parque Santander, an important area in La Candelaria, before visiting the National Museum, notable for its impressive façade.

In the final stretch of our electric scooter tour, we will visit the Parque de los Periodistas Gabriel García Márquez, a picturesque location ideal for photography with stunning views of Bogotá's surrounding mountains.

Finally, we will return to the starting point, concluding the tour after 2 hours of sightseeing.
