Nemocón Salt Mines Tour
Between 7 am and 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bogota and set off for the Nemocón salt mines, an underground site with over 500 years of history.
Inside the caves of the mine, you'll see natural springs, a salt waterfall, and curious salt formations. Each room has the distinct smell of saltpetre. During the guided tour, we'll cover many scientific and historical details about this site.
On the way out, we'll take a short tour of the nearby village, where we'll visit places of interest including the park of the Seven Legends and the neoclassical Church of Saint Francis of Assisi.
Finally, we'll take you back to your hotel in Bogota, arriving between 2:30 pm and 4 pm.
