Nemocón Salt Mines Tour
Between 7 am and 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Bogota and set off for the Nemocón salt mines, an underground site with over 500 years of history.
Inside the caves of the mine, we'll observe natural springs, a salt waterfall, and various salt formations. You'll encounter the distinct smell of saltpetre throughout the tour. During the guided visit, we will cover many scientific and historical facts about this intriguing location.
On the return, we will conduct a brief tour of the nearby village, highlighting several points of interest, including the park of the Seven Legends and the neoclassical Church of Saint Francis of Assisi.
We will then return you to your hotel in Bogota, with an expected arrival time between 2:30 pm and 4 pm.
