Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Minas Street, in Bolaños de Calatrava. Once together, we'll visit a cheese factory and participate in a cheese-making workshop.

We will wear appropriate attire to tour the factory and learn about the techniques used in the production of the flagship product of Castilla-La Mancha. During the workshop, we will follow essential steps, such as filtering and pasteurization.

While the cheese is maturing, we'll tour the cheese factory's facilities to understand its origins and varieties produced in Bolaños. The visit will conclude with a tasting of various types of cheese from the factory.

Upon returning to the cheese workshop, we will proceed with the turning and molding of the cheese, resulting in our own cheese!
