We'll meet at the scheduled time in Piazza Nettuno, a central hub in Bologna. From there, we'll stroll to a typical osteria, which changes depending on the season.

At this location, we will enjoy a tasting experience featuring three Italian wines with the esteemed DOC label, signifying their Denomination of Controlled Origin. The tasting will emphasize the differences among various varieties and highlight the main grape types cultivated in Emilia-Romagna.

The wine tasting will include a selection of regional products, such as traditional breads, cheeses, Bologna's renowned mortadellas, and other local delicacies that perfectly complement the wines.

Additionally, we will discover some intriguing facts about Bologna's osterias. Once focused solely on wine, these establishments now provide an exceptional culinary experience, featuring traditional recipes that highlight the region's rich culinary heritage.

Our 2-hour Italian wine tasting will conclude at the osteria.
