Meet at Pílad Rébua street in Bonito to begin the 6-kilometre (3.7 miles) journey. Cycle through the Formosinho and Formoso rivers, surrounded by the lush landscapes of Mato Grosso do Sul.

At Bosque das Águas, plant a native species and enjoy an hour at the spa facilities by the river Formoso, perfect for relaxation after the ride.

Return to Bonito after two and a half hours, concluding the tour.
