Horseback Riding along Formoso River

We'll meet at the indicated time at the entrance of the Rio Formoso Ecological Park. There we'll prepare with all the riding equipment and set off on a horseback ride through this natural environment on the outskirts of Bonito.

During this equestrian route of 4 kilometres (2.4 miles), we'll cross the green pastures of the region. Along the way, we'll learn about the native flora and fauna species of this ecosystem in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul.

We'll continue our horseback ride along the Formoso River up to Morro da Piúva. On this hill, we'll pause to contemplate the captivating landscapes of the Serra da Bodoquena.

Finally, we'll stop at the Paraíso natural area, one of the most popular areas of the Formoso River, where you can swim or try to spot the monkeys and toucans that inhabit this area.

From the Paraíso area, we'll ride back to the meeting point, concluding this equestrian route after an hour and 40 minutes of horseback riding.
