Mimoso River Waterfalls Hiking Tour

Fresh air, waterfalls and privileged views of the Serra da Bodoquena are the highlights of this hiking route along the Mimoso River. We'll walk along the banks of this river, admiring the nature that surrounds Bonito.

Mimoso River Waterfalls Hiking Tour

At the agreed time, we'll meet at the Mimosa ranch, located 25 kilometres north of Bonito. From this point, we'll start a hiking route that will take us to explore the incredible waterfalls of the Mimoso River.

During the hike, we'll cover a total of 2.8 kilometres (1.7 miles), learning about the surrounding flora and fauna.

We'll enter wooded areas along the banks of the Mimoso River and come across wooden walkways and up to ten waterfalls. We'll stop at different viewpoints to enjoy panoramic views of the Serra da Bodoquena National Park.

Participants will have the opportunity to swim in the natural pools formed by the waterfalls. One of the locations includes a platform for jumping into the water from a height of 6 metres (19.6 feet).

After four hours of walking, we'll finish the tour at the starting point.
