Rafting + Abseiling in the Anhumas Abyss

At the agreed time, we will meet at the entrance of the Anhumas Abyss in Bonito. We will access this underground cave by abseiling, descending a total of 72 meters (236 feet) in about 5 minutes using a system of ropes and an electric motor. The Anhumas Abyss is notable for its immensity, crystal clear waters, and numerous stalactites and stalagmites, some over 20 meters (65 feet) high.

To explore the site, we will get on a raft and navigate the lake within the grotto. During this journey, we will explain how the Anhumas Abyss was formed millions of years ago and its discovery in 1970. The experience will conclude with a rappel back to the surface. After approximately two hours of activity, we will return to the starting point.
