An incredible underground world full of stalactites and stalagmites awaits you on this guided tour through the caves of Sao Miguel. We'll walk through the impressive limestone caves of Bonito and learn about their formation process.

At the agreed time we'll meet at the entrance of the São Miguel caves to explore this underground world that connects us to prehistoric times.

We'll enter the lush jungle via a suspension bridge until we reach the access point of the caves.

Once inside, you'll see stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes and forms up close. During the tour, we'll explain how this natural monument was formed and discuss how the cave structure has changed over time along with interesting facts. If fortunate, we may see the owl that lives inside the caves!

After an hour and ten minutes, we'll conclude the guided tour by saying goodbye outside the São Miguel caves.
