Experience the sensation of swimming inside an aquarium by snorkelling in the Baía Bonita River, known for its crystal-clear waters, ideal for exploring aquatic life in Mato Grosso do Sul.

Snorkelling in the Baía Bonita River

We will meet at the Aquário Natural, an ecological reserve 8 kilometres from Bonito. This area is named for its clear waters, which we will explore. We will provide the necessary equipment, including a wetsuit, lifejacket, snorkelling goggles, and snorkel. After preparing, we'll embark on a 15-minute hike to the river's source, where it's possible to spot local wildlife such as monkeys and birds.

Once in the water, we will swim and discover the natural site's biodiversity, observing numerous fish and river vegetation. The clarity of the Baía Bonita River is due to limestone and sunlight reflections, which we will explain during the snorkelling experience.

After two and a half hours of activity, we will return to the starting point. You may also choose to relax in the pools and jacuzzi at the Aquário Bonito reserve.
