Snorkelling in the Sucuri River

At the agreed time, we'll meet at Fazenda São Geraldo, located close to the Sucuri River. From here, we'll begin walking along a path that leads to the river's source.

We'll traverse a leafy riverside forest until we reach the Sucuri River, known for its crystalline waters. We'll don wetsuits, goggles, and snorkels and dive in!

We will swim along the Sucuri River, covering a distance of 1.8 kilometres (1.1 miles). During the dive, participants will see various fish, including brycon and curimbas. We will assist in identifying the different species and discuss why this river is considered one of the best places in Brazil for snorkelling.

After two hours of snorkelling in the Sucuri River, we'll conclude the activity at the starting point.
