Bordeaux Wine Workshop
We'll meet at 10:30 am in the Bordovino premises, in the heart of Bordeaux, to enjoy a complete wine experience.
After a welcome drink, you'll learn to distinguish different wines over 2 hours, focusing on aromas, nose, taste, and colour. Every detail is important!
Next, you will participate in a blending workshop where you will create your own wine. Bordeaux wines are blends of various grape varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, etc.). You'll taste each variety separately and create your own wine based on your preferences. To conclude, you'll enjoy a typical French apéritif with traditional dishes, including fresh bread, charcuterie, cheese, and dark chocolate. This comprehensive wine tasting workshop will end at 12:30 pm.
