When booking, you can choose between 2 different options. Both include pickup at your hotel in Boticas at 9 am, an English-speaking guide, and return transfer:

Tour of Chaves, Boticas, & Montalegre

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Boticas and head towards the Tras-os-Montes area to visit Alto Tamega. The first stop will be Montalegre, known for its 13th-century castle. Close to the fortress is the Ecomuseu de Barroso - Espaço Padre Fontes, showcasing the village's history and environmental heritage.

After the museum visit, we’ll proceed to Boticas to explore the Rural Museum. You will then have an hour of free time for lunch. After lunch, we will visit Chaves to see its medieval castle and Roman heritage, including the thermal baths and stone bridge.

We will return to your hotel in Boticas, dropping you off at 5 pm.

Tour of Chaves, Valpaços, & Vila Pouca de Aguiar

This option includes a visit to Chaves and additional key locations in Trás-os-Montes. We will explore Vila Pouca de Aguiar, including Parque de Pedras Salgadas, and visit Valpaços to see the Wine Museum and learn about the town's winemaking tradition. You can choose which areas to visit!
