Tour of Chaves, Boticas, & Montalegre

The tour begins with pickup from your hotel in Boticas, followed by a visit to the Tras-os-Montes area, specifically the Alto Tamega region. The first stop is Montalegre, notable for its 13th-century castle. Nearby is the Ecomuseu de Barroso - Espaço Padre Fontes, showcasing the village's history and environmental heritage. After the museum, return to Boticas for a visit to the Rural Museum and enjoy one hour of free time for lunch. Following lunch, proceed to Chaves to explore its medieval castle and Roman heritage, including thermal baths and a stone bridge. The tour concludes with a return to your hotel by 5 pm.

Tour of Chaves, Valpaços, & Vila Pouca de Aguiar

This option includes exploring Chaves along with other significant locations in Trás-os-Montes.
