With your ticket, you will access the rooms and halls of this historic mansion built by Jacques Coeur, significant for establishing trade between France and the Middle East. Constructed in the 15th century, it has been a prominent monument in France since 1840 and has served various functions including town hall and courthouse, which you will learn about during the tour.

The palace is open daily at the following times:

From September 1 to September 30: 10 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 6 pmFrom October 1 to March 31: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 5:15 pmFrom April 1 to 30: 10 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 6:00 pmFrom May 2 to June 30: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm, and 2 pm to 6:15 pmFrom July 1 to August 31: 10 am to 12:45 pm and 2 pm to 6:15 pmOn December 24 and 31, the monument closes at 4 pm

Final admission is allowed 45 minutes before closing time, and these times are flexible and subject to change.

Free Admission

Admission to the Jacques Coeur Palace is free for:

Young people from the EU aged 18 to 25.Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

Free admission is also available on the first Sunday of the month between January 1 and March 31, and November 1 and December 31, as well as the 3rd weekend of September. To obtain free admission, visit the ticket office and present a certifying document proving eligibility.
