The palace welcomes visitors from Monday to Sunday at the following hours:

From September 1 to September 30: 10 am to 12:15 pm and 2 pm to 6 pmFrom October 1 to March 31: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm and 2 pm to 5:15 pmFrom April 1 to 30: 10 am to 12:15 pm and 2 pm to 6 pmFrom May 2 to June 30: 9:30 am to 12:15 pm and 2 pm to 6:15 pmFrom July 1 to August 31: 10 am to 6:15 pm

The latest entry is permitted 45 minutes prior to the closing time.

Complimentary Admission

Entry to the Jacques Coeur Palace is free for:

Individuals aged 18 to 25 from the European Union.All children under 18, regardless of nationality.

On the first Sunday of each month between January 1 and March 31, and from November 1 to December 31, admission is free for all. There is also no charge on the third weekend of September.

To benefit from the free admission, please visit the ticket office at the site and present a valid document confirming your eligibility.

Notice of Partial Closures

Currently, due to ongoing renovation efforts, the attic, treasure room, and alderman's room are closed until June 2026.
