The palace operates from Monday to Sunday at the following times:

Final admission is allowed 45 minutes before closing time. These times are flexible and subject to change.

Free Admission

Admission to the Jacques Coeur Palace is free for:

EU youth aged 18 to 25Children under 18, regardless of nationality

Free admission is available on the first Sunday of the month from January to March and November to December, as well as on the third weekend of September. To obtain free admission, visit the ticket office and present a certifying document of eligibility.

Partial closures include the attic, treasure room, and alderman's room closed until June 2026.
