On this scooter tour through the vineyards of Barolo, you'll traverse the scenic southern part of Piedmont, gaining insights into the region's history and wine culture.
Scooter Tour
The scooter tour of Piedmont begins at Strada Statale in Borgo San Martino. Prepare for an enjoyable journey!
Starting on electric scooters, we will head south from Pollenzo as we ride through fields at elevations of 500 meters (1,640 feet), with stunning views of the vineyards that highlight sustainable viticulture.
Our itinerary includes a stop in the village of La Morra for panoramic views of the Barolo wine region, followed by a visit to the Barolo Chapel, a colorful landmark designed by David Tremlett.
We'll then proceed to Barolo, a historic village known as the birthplace of Barolo wine, navigating the narrow streets before continuing to Monforte d'Alba. You will have time for lunch at local restaurants before concluding our tour.
After an immersive 8.5 hours, we will return to the meeting point to end the tour.
