Braganza Liqueur & Chestnut Tasting
At the time you select, we'll meet at the Marron Oficina da Castanha store to indulge in the smells and tastes of the local delicacy. Did you know that chestnut is one of the most typical products of Bragança?
We'll start by visiting the Chestnut Museum, where we'll see different elements to discover how the chestnut roasting and preparation process has evolved. Roasters, furniture, and traditional utensils will be the focus during this part of the tour.
Then we'll move on to the chestnut workshop. Here we'll see how they are prepared today and taste the famous chestnut liqueurs and sweets they offer. You'll be sure to enjoy them!
The activity will end after a 45-minute visit.
