Braganza Liqueur & Chestnut Tasting
At the selected time, we will meet at the Marron Oficina da Castanha store to explore the local delicacy. Chestnut is a typical product of Bragança.
We will begin by visiting the Chestnut Museum, where we will learn about the evolution of chestnut roasting and preparation. Roasters, furniture, and traditional utensils will feature during this part of the tour.
Next, we will proceed to the chestnut workshop. Here we will observe current preparation methods and taste the famous chestnut liqueurs and sweets.
The activity will conclude after a 45-minute visit.
