At 9:30 am we'll meet at CLN 108 to start this tour of the local coffee culture. Brasília is considered the second capital of coffee in Brazil after São Paulo, with more than 50 establishments offering traditional coffee preparation.
During the tour, we'll visit three renowned coffee shops: Ernesto Cafés, Civitá, and Los Baristas. Participants will enjoy a tasting of two coffees, with the experience tailored to the group's preferences.
We'll explore the treatment of coffee beans, the pressing and filtering process, and all aspects of preparation until enjoying the final product. Additionally, the tour will highlight the coffee tradition that has been present in Brasília for centuries.
The tour will conclude at 12:30 pm.
