Paranoá Lake Boat Trip

We'll meet at the agreed time in front of the Royal Tulip Hotel and board the boat for a one-hour trip across the artificial waters of Paranoá Lake. An audio guide in English will provide information about each site as we travel. The boat's multimedia system will display historical images of Brasilia.

During the tour, we'll see the Alvorada Palace, the official residence of the President of Brazil; the Don Bosco Sanctuary by the lake; and the iconic JK Bridge, a notable landmark of the city. The tour begins at the South Lake Bridge as we pass through the Sector de Clubes Sul (SBS), a popular lakeside neighborhood. We'll then cross the JK Bridge, designed by architect Oscar Niemeyer, and view the Península dos Ministros park, a green area in Brasilia.

After an hour of cruising, we'll return to the meeting point.
