Day Trip to Seven Ladders Canyon
At 10 am we'll pick you up at your hotel in Brasov to start this excursion. We will explore a unique natural site in Romania, known for its waterfalls, stairs over karst formations, and steep cliffs.
After a half-hour road trip, we will arrive at our destination. We will walk through the famous gorge, which features stairs and bridges intertwined within a landscape of waterfalls and rock formations.
This karst phenomenon is part of the Piatra Mare Mountains of the Southern Carpathians. Once, a cave’s roof collapsed, leaving vertical walls that now form the canyon.
Adventurers can climb the stairs through the gorge and cross suspension bridges between waterfalls. At the end of the tour, we will return to the vehicle and head back to Brasov about 4 hours later.
