Harman and Prejmer Trip
At 9 am, meet in the old town center of Brasov for a bus ride to Prejmer, which takes 30 minutes. The first stop is the church of Prejmer, a World Heritage Church, where visitors learn about its construction by the Teutonic Knights in the 13th century. The unique exterior and the lovely interior courtyard are highlights of the visit.
After the guided tour, you will have 30 minutes of free time to explore this medieval building. It is advisable to bring a camera for photos.
Next, the tour continues to the fortified church of Harman, located 20 minutes away. This church features a circular structure and strong defensive walls. Participants will discover that the main threats in medieval Transylvania were not from Count Dracula but from other adversaries.
Following the tour of the Harman church, there will be an additional 30 minutes of free time for further exploration. The return trip to Brasov is expected to conclude around 1 pm.
