Description
When making your reservation, you'll have a choice between two options. Both routes start and finish at Hviezdoslavovo Námestie, in front of the historic Slovak National Theatre building (Slovenské národné divadlo). The options are:
Castle route (60 minutes)
Departing from Bratislava city center, you'll explore main tourist sights on board the Presporacik tourist train.
You'll pass by St. Martin's Cathedral and Kammene nameste (Stone Square) in the historic center.
The vehicle will take you to Bratislava Castle, with a 20-minute stop for exploration and panoramic views. An audioguide provides details about the medieval fortress on the Danube River.
On the return, you'll pass SNP Most and drive alongside the Danube.
This option operates at 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, and 4 pm.
Panoramic route (95 minutes)
You’ll first visit Slavin: a monument dedicated to World War II victims for a 15-minute stop, then head to Bratislava Castle for a 20-minute stop to admire views.
On the return, you'll pass notable landmarks including the Slovak National Theatre, the Blue Church, and the Grassalkovich Presidential Palace.
This option operates at 11 am, 1 pm, and 3 pm.
