Your ticket includes access to the permanent Historium Exhibition, showcasing various medieval objects. Additionally, you'll receive an audio guide for the interactive Historium Story exhibition, where you will learn about Jacob, the apprentice of painter Jan van Eyck, focusing on the Golden Age of Bruges in the 14th and 15th centuries.

The exhibition offers projections, scenery, and special effects that provide insight into daily life in the Middle Ages. The visit, covering both exhibitions, will take approximately one hour.

Virtual reality experience

You can opt for a ticket that includes the virtual reality experience at Historium Brugge. This option allows you to use VR glasses for an 8-minute 3D tour of medieval Bruges. The minimum age for this experience is 6 years old.

The children's ticket is available for ages 5 to 15, while the infant ticket applies to those under 5 years old. For the virtual reality experience, the children's ticket is valid for ages 6 to 15. Infants under 6 can enter Historium Brugge but cannot participate in the virtual reality experience.
