Black Sea Day Trip
This day trip is designed for those in Bucharest wishing to visit the sea. We will meet at the scheduled time and depart for the Black Sea, Romania's renowned travel destination.
After a 2-hour drive, you will arrive in Constanta, a city with over 2500 years of history. You will explore this historic coastal city on foot, learning about its foundation by the Ancient Greeks in the 6th century BC, its Roman and Ottoman occupations, and its current status as a tourist hub.
During your visit, notable landmarks include the Saint Peter & Paul Orthodox Cathedral, the Museum of History and Archaeology, the Roman Mosaics, and the Great Mosque. Additionally, you can stroll along the seafront past the iconic casino.
After your walking tour of Constanta, you will proceed to Mamaia, known as the Romanian Ibiza. You will have 3.5 hours of free time to explore its beaches and enjoy a meal with sea views.
Afterwards, you will return to Bucharest, concluding a 10-hour day at the Black Sea.
