Village Museum + Herastrau Park Tour

Tour Details

We will meet at Charles de Gaulle Square at the designated time to begin the tour. Our first destination is the Village Museum, known as the Satului Museum. This outdoor ethnographic museum covers over 100,000 square meters and features more than 300 rustic buildings that represent traditional Romanian village life, including wooden houses, farms, mills, and churches.

During our visit, we will explore the history of rural life in Romania, learning about how people lived centuries ago and gaining insights into Romania's cultural diversity through its architecture and traditional clothing.

Next, we will proceed to Herastrau Park, a popular outdoor activity spot for locals. We will also view a notable monument that contributes to Bucharest's reputation as the Little Paris.

After a total duration of 3.5 hours, we will conclude the tour back at our starting point.
