Since its opening in 1918, Gellért Bath has become one of Europe’s finest thermal spas and is notably recognized in various magazines and commercials. Its main hall features beautiful mosaics and sculptures in an Art Nouveau style, making it a key attraction in Budapest.

Gellért Thermal Bath offers thermal bath pools, swimming pools, dry and steam saunas, a Finnish sauna, massages, and mud packing, among other beauty treatments.

Opening Times

Gellért Spa is open during the following hours:

The spa's ticket office is open from 9 am to 6 pm; entry must occur within these hours.Gellért Spa operates from 9 am to 7 pm, with pools closing half an hour prior. Certain massages and optional treatments end at 6 pm.On December 24, 25, 26, 31, and January 1, hours are reduced; it is recommended to visit on different days.

Types of Entrance Tickets

Two types of admission tickets are available:

VIP entrance: includes a private cabin.Standard entrance: includes a locker.

Accessibility

Gellért Spa has six accessible interior pools; outdoor pools are not accessible.

Partial Closures

Note that the outdoor pool, steam room, and sauna are temporarily closed. Additionally, certain thermal pools will be closed for maintenance:
