On this free tour of Buenavista del Norte, we will explore the attractions of this town located on the north coast of the island of Tenerife.

The tour begins at the Plaza de Los Remedios. We will visit the church of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, dating back to 1513, and pass by El Granero, a building from 250 years ago used for storing harvests.

Next, we will explore Calle del Chorro and share stories about the area's culture and evolution. We will then walk to the Barranco de Triana ravine to see the old washing places, which also served as livestock watering spots.

We will proceed to the location where Buenavista del Norte was founded, the former property of Juan Méndez "El Viejo". Here, we will discuss the town's connections to the world of the dead and the aborigines.

The next stop is the Cruz de Toledo, a significant site for the village. The tour continues to the Plaza de San Sebastián, where we will see the old Convent of San Francisco, which served as a municipal cemetery until 1946.
