Quindío Coffee Tour

At 10 am on the morning of the tour, we'll meet at the Parish Church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen in Buenavista. From here, we'll begin a pleasant route through the coffee plantations that surround this Colombian municipality.

Throughout the tour, we'll discuss the coffee tradition of Quindío and its impact on the rhythm of local life. Questions regarding coffee planting and the families involved in its cultivation will be addressed during our walk through the plantations.

Halfway through, we'll visit a typical farm that produces coffee, bananas, and other fruits. You'll have the chance to engage with the family managing the plantation, understand their lifestyle, and learn about the production processes associated with each coffee bean. A break will be taken to enjoy a typical Quindío lunch accompanied by a delicious cup of coffee.

Finally, we'll return to Buenavista after four hours exploring the coffee plantations of Quindío.
