Learn how to prepare Argentinian meat empanadas and other specialties of Argentinian gastronomy with this cooking class in Buenos Aires.

We'll meet at 11 am at La Pachamama, located in the Las Cañitas district, in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood. We'll start with a picada of traditional preserves and homemade breads, while learning about the history of Argentinian cuisine.

Next, we'll cook a four-step Argentinian menu and then taste these mouthwatering Argentinean specialties, accompanied by a selection of wines. The experience concludes at 3 pm.

Menu

The menu includes a picada, Chipá Snack, meat and chimichurri empanadas, humita en olla, flambéed dulce de leche crepes, and Argentine wines. A vegetarian option is also available.
