Argentine Asado

At the indicated time, we'll experience a classic Argentine grill in Palermo, one of the main neighborhoods in Buenos Aires. During the experience, we'll learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat, preparation and cooking methods, as well as the history of the Argentine asado. After 2.5-3 hours of enjoying various delicacies, we'll conclude the experience.

The menu consists of the following items:

The asado will be accompanied by grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. Additionally, it includes a Malbec wine. The dessert will feature authentic dulce de leche. We'll conclude with a toast of Fernet with cola.
