At the indicated time, we'll experience a classic Argentine grill in Palermo, a main neighborhood in Buenos Aires.

During this experience, we will learn about the different cuts of Argentinean meat and how they are prepared and cooked. The history of the Argentine asado will also be explained, highlighting its cultural significance.

After 2.5-3 hours of enjoying various delicacies, we'll conclude the experience.

Menu

This menu consists of:

Empanadas Morcilla (blood sausage)Chorizo (Argentine choripán)Pork meat marinated in lemon, mustard, and herbsSmoked rump steakBife argentino (Argentine steak)

The asado will be accompanied by grilled vegetable salad, "salsa criolla," and smoked chimichurri sauce. Additionally, a Malbec wine is included.

The dessert will consist of dulce de leche.

We will toast with a glass of Fernet with cola.
