Buenos Aires and Patagonia 9 Day Trip
Day 1: Buenos Aires
Upon your arrival at Buenos Aires airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Then, you have the rest of the day free to explore the captivating Argentine capital.
Day 2: Buenos Aires
After breakfast, we set off from the hotel to explore Buenos Aires. Walking through the center, we will encounter iconic landmarks, such as the Colon Theater and the Obelisk, considered to be the symbol of Buenos Aires. We will also visit Plaza de Mayo square, Puerto Madero, and the pretty park-filled neighborhood of Palermo.
Our next stop is La Recoleta, one of the most exclusive areas of Buenos Aires. We will stroll among its Parisian style houses and the elegant, historic palaces before returning to the hotel. You will then have the rest of the afternoon free to do what you want in this wonderful city.
Day 3: Buenos Aires - Bariloche
After having breakfast at the hotel, we will accompany you to the airport or bus station so that you can make your own way to the next destination. When you arrive in Bariloche, we will be waiting to take you to your hotel. You will then have the rest of the day free to explore the picturesque Patagonian town in your own way.
Day 4: Bariloche
As dawn breaks in Bariloche, you will enjoy breakfast before we set off from the hotel to discover this alpine-style city. We will see Lake Nahuel Huapi as we walk along the idyllic Bustillo Avenue. Among hills and forests, we will reach the foot of the Cerro Campanario mountain. There, we will take a chairlift up to almost 5000 feet above sea level where you will be rewarded with fantastic views of Victoria Island, Trébol Lagoon, and Cerro Catedral.
Once we are back at the bottom of Cerro Campanario, we hit the road again, to visit the San Eduardo Chapel, one of the region's architectural prized treasures. We will drive alongside Lake Escondido and cross the bridge over Angostura Creek, where the Moreno and Nahuel Huapi lakes meet!
The tour ends back at the hotel.
Day 5: Bariloche - El Calafate
We will enjoy breakfast and say goodbye to Bariloche. We will take you to the airport or bus station so you can travel to El Calafate on your own. When you arrive, we will accompany you to your accommodation.
Day 6: Parque Nacional Los Glaciares
We'll start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then, we head to Perito Moreno Glacier, located in Los Glaciares National Park. Once there, we will walk along the different footbridges to admire this ice giant from all the different perspectives. You can even observe this natural wonder from the panoramic balconies!
We'll go back to the hotel and then you'll have the rest of the day free to yourself.
Day 7: El Calafate - Ushuaia
We will enjoy a traditional El Calafate style breakfast before heading to the airport, from where you will travel to Ushuaia on your own. When you arrive on the archipelago of Tierra del Fuego, we will take you to the hotel, where you will have the rest of the day free to yourself.
Day 8: Tierra del Fuego National Park
After breakfast, we head into the spectacular Tierra del Fuego National Park. We drive alongside lakes and rivers before reaching the Austral Fueguino railway station. There you have the option to take a ride on the fantastic End of the World Train but, if you prefer, we can continue to Ensenada Bay. We will visit the islands of Redonda and Estorbo. If you look across the coast from here, you will see the magnificent mountains of Chile.
Once everyone has regrouped, we will walk along the shores of Lake Roca and the banks of Lapataia River and enjoy unique views of the beautiful Cerro Condor mountain which straddles the border between Argentina and Chile! Then we return to the hotel.
Day 9: Ushuaia
We will enjoy our last breakfast together and then accompany you to the airport so that you can catch your flight back home. This brilliant 9-day trip through Argentina has come to an end.

The indicated price is per person staying in a double room, except in hostels where rooms are shared between 6-8 people. If you would like a triple or quadruple room, please contact us for a personalized quote and to make the booking.This tour does not include flights or buses between the different cities. You'll have to arrange these yourselves.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The tour involves multiple destinations across Argentina, starting in Buenos Aires and concluding in Ushuaia. The first two days will be spent exploring Buenos Aires, including highlights like Plaza de Mayo and La Recoleta.
On Day 3, the tour transitions to Bariloche, where you can spend the afternoon at leisure upon arrival. The next day involves a guided tour around Bariloche, featuring a chairlift ride for breathtaking views.
Day 5 has a self-travel day as you move from Bariloche to El Calafate. The sixth day includes a visit to Perito Moreno Glacier, allowing for self-exploration of the site.
On Day 7, you will independently travel to Ushuaia, with free time available upon arrival. Day 8 is dedicated to exploring Tierra del Fuego National Park, where options for activities like the End of the World Train ride are available.
Finally, on Day 9, the tour concludes with a morning transfer to the airport for your departure. Each location offers free time to explore at your leisure, while key transitions will be guided to ensure a smooth experience.
