Buenos Aires Beer & Tapas Tasting

We'll meet at 5:30 pm at the Baum Brewery, a central location in the Palermo Soho neighborhood of Buenos Aires.

Here we'll enjoy a tasting of 10 Argentinean craft beers. An expert will teach you to identify the nuances of these award-winning beverages.

During the tasting, you'll learn to decipher beer stats, including the acronyms AVL, IBU and SRM. We'll teach you how to interpret these indications that appear on beer labels.

While identifying the notes of your beer, we'll enjoy two savory tapas: braised pork with spicy sauce and ham with cheese and arugula.

Finally, at 7 pm we'll end the experience with a brownie and homemade ice cream.
