At the indicated time we'll begin your introduction to the martial art of taekwondo. This sport emerged in Korea in the 1950s, and today is one of the most famous fighting styles in the world. Did you know that the word "taekwondo" means "the way of feet and hands"?
Over an hour and 20 minutes, you'll learn the basics of this martial art, aiming to release the potential of your body and mind through the experience. During the class, you'll try the regulation uniform, and the master will teach you about the various belt colours.
After the class, you will receive a diploma, allowing you to remember your experience in one of Busan's most prestigious gymnasiums.
