At the indicated time, we will begin your introduction to the martial art of taekwondo. This sport emerged in Korea in the 1950s and is one of the most famous fighting styles worldwide. The word "taekwondo" translates to "the way of feet and hands."
Over an hour and 20 minutes, you'll learn the basics of this martial art, aimed at releasing the potential of your body and mind through the experience. During the class, you'll wear the regulation uniform, and the master will explain the various belt colors.
After an hour and 20 minutes, the class will conclude, and you will receive a diploma to commemorate your day in one of Busan's most prestigious gymnasiums.
